During the trip such thing weather, local Politics, transportation and other factors are beyond our control which can change our itinerary. However it is unlikely that the itinerary would be changed. If the cases alternative itinerary is needed the leader (Guide) will decide what is the best alternative itinerary for the whole group. Whether the change of itinerary is does not matter, we can do everything and minimized it effect but we can not be responsible for the result of delay.

If something is happened or return back earlier due to the high altitude or any reasons. You have to pay for all extra expenses like Transportation, medical expenses, accommodation that occur while returning. Our company is not able to refund your tour cost because the Chinese government doesn't consider any refund or adjustment to us.

Day 01: Arrive at Kathmandu and Transfer to hotel.
Welcome to Nepal. At the arrival get of Tribhuwan International airport our representative will waiting with your name or Global HOlidays Adventure banner and transfer to Hotel.

Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour by private vehicle.
Today, After morning breakfast you will visit different historical and cultural sites of the Kathmandu valley with our professional guide. You will go for the pilgrimage sites of Hindus temple Pashupatinath, the world biggest Boudhanath stupa and visit Swoyambhunath stupa also known as monkey temple. After exploring the surrounding areas visit hitorical Kathmandu Durbar square with temple, unique architectures and kumari (living goddess) and evening time fly to Pokhara. Overnight at hotel.

Day 03: Visa and Trip Preperation Day.
Today, This is day for Visa preperation. Normally it will take two and half days for Urgent visa. Top urgent visa we can take with in one days but it will be little expensive. Today is your trip preperation day. O/N at Hotel.

Day 04: Fly from Kathmandu to Lhasa (3660 meters)
You will be met at Gonggar Airport by your Tibetan guide. After immigration formalities take a 1.5-hour drive along 93 km road leading to Lhasa lying at an altitude of 3660 meters. Rest of the day you will stay at hotel and mentain altitude. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 05: Guided city tours in Lhasa (3660 meters).
Once you relinquish your delicious breakfast, you straightaway make arrangements for your sightseeing tour. Your experienced guide accompanies you to the famous monasteries of Tibet. On your awe-inspiring visit to Sera Monastery, you are introduced to the important aspects of Buddhism. After lunch, you once again continue exploring Tibetan ancient cultures and civilizations as you pay a visit to Norbulingka, the summer palace of the Dalai Lama. Jokhang temple provides yet another exciting and educative tour. Wandering around Barkhor Markets is another major highlight of the day. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 06: Guided City tour around Potala Palace and Drepung Monastery (3660 meters).
Today you get more acquainted with the mystiques of Lhasa. In the morning after breakfast, you will set off to view majestic Potala Palace towering above city of Lhasa. You get to witness unique, pristine and overwhelming array of intricate Tibetan murals, temples, stupas, and tombs of eight past Dalai Lamas from a perfect vantage point. Ancient Tibetan cultures come alive with your every exploration. Later in the noon after lunch, you will visit beautifully landscaped Drepung Monastery. You can observe nuns and monks chanting and performing religious discourses. After this religious journey, you eventually return to your hotel for delicious dinner and well-eared peaceful sleep.

Day 07: Drive to Gyantse (3950m) 261 km, 6/7 Hrs.
Moving along the Friendship Highway, you drive past Khamba La, at 4794 meter, with a brief halt to savor majestic views of Yamdrok-tso Lake and Nazin Kang Sa, standing at 7252m. On turning westwards, you come across another pass, Karo La at 5045m. If you look at the road, you can see huge glaciers tumbling down. After driving 261 km, beautifully landscaped Tibetan villages become visible as you enter the town of Gyantse. O/N at Guesthouse.

Day 08: Drive to Shigatse (3900m) 90km, 4/5 Hrs, O/N at Guesthouse.
Gyantse prides on Gyantse Dzong and Kumbum. Gyantse Dzong, a 14th century historical fort, overlooks the entire Gyantse and the surrounding Nyang Chu Valley. Kumbum has a large gold-domed stupa and houses several chapels and Tibetan Buddhist murals. After exploring Gyantse, you take a 90 km drive and arrive at Shigatse,(3900m) the second largest Tibetan city. Tashilhunpo Monastery, being one of the largest functioning monasteries in Tibet is the major attraction of Shigatse.

Day 09: Drive to Shegar (4050m) 244km, 6/7 Hrs.
Today you will traverse along the Friendship Highway amidst picturesque landscape driving past small town of Lhatse and Gyamtso La pass at 5220m. As the route opens into plains, many monasteries and camps of nomadic herders become visible en route to Shegar. O/N at Guesthouse.

Day 10: Drive to Rongbuk (5000m) 68km - Explore Everest base camp, 3/4 Hrs.
Away from Shegar, you will drive to the south crossing Pang La pass at 5150m. Along the drive you can bask in the splendor of majestic views of snow-capped peaks from Makalu to Shishapangma. After driving for 68 km, you eventually reach Rongbuk at 5000m. You can then view spectacular sight of Mount Everest. You have the opportunity to explore Everest Base Camp (5150m.) The base camp itself is dry and barren, but the views of Everest more than compensates for it. It truly is an awe-inspiring place with the sheer north face of the highest mountain in the world towering above you. O/N at Guesthouse.

Day 11: Drive to Zhangmu (2300m) 181km, 4/5 Hrs.
You will drive past Tingri crossing Lalung La pass at 5124m and Shug La pass at 5200m. Savoring the enchanting views of the surrounding peaks of Shishapangma, Cho Oyu, Menlungtse and Gauri Shankar, you descend from the arid Tibetan Plateau to verdant Zhangmu on the Nepalese border. After driving for 181 km, you find yourself amidst the lush and verdant vegetation of Zhangmu at 2300 meter. O/N at Guesthouse.

Day 12: Drive to Kathmandu (1400m) 123km, 4/5 Hrs.
A few kilometers drive away from Zhangmu to Friendship Bridge across Bhote Koshi river brings you to the Immigration Control in Kodari. Here, you will part with your Tibetan guide and driver, and walk across the river to meet your Nepalese escort who will drive you to Kathmandu. O/N at Hotel with BB Plan.

Day 13: Leisure day in Kathmandu, O/N at Hotel with BB Plan.
Extra day in Kathmandu for relaxing and some shopping , if you are interested in continuing onto Chitwan Jungle Safari, River Rafting Adventure, Kathmandu Shopping Tour or Scenic Everest Flight.

Day 14: Transfer to Airport for your final departure.

01. HOW CAN I GET TIBET VISA ?
Now individual travelers are allowed into the Autonomous Region of Tibet. The Chinese Embassy will issue the visas. Visas can be arranged from Kathmandu ( Global Holidays Adventure Pvt. Ltd ) easily and we can help you. It is necessary to obtain a travel permit for travel in Tibet. Please carry some passport size photographs plus smaller denomination of US dollars cash for the completions of visa formalities.

This is to notify you for change in the rule of visa applying through Chinese embassy for this year 2013 than of previous year. Unlike previous year there will not be same day visa and visa for individual traveler. We can get visa on normal policy receiving on 4th morning of the applied day; semi-urgent policy receiving on 3rd morning of applied day; and top-urgent policy receiving on 2nd morning of applied day. In case of any emergency to get visa on same day we can manage but you have to pay additional service charge for the emergency assist depending in the situation and feasibility.

02. IS INDEPENDENT TOUR IS ALLOWED in TIBET ?
Independent tour is prohibited in Tibet. You should take part in an organized ground group or have the local travel operator to arrange for you.

03. WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO VISIT TIBET ?
It is said the suitable time for traveling to Tibet is from April to October while the gloden time in August and September.

04. WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED IF IAM PLANNING TO TIBET ?
You need to have valid china visa and a Tibet permit (sometimes people call it Entry permit or TIB, or Tibet Visa).

05.DO I NEED MULTI-ENTRY VISA IF I COME TO TIBET FROM CHINA MAINLAND AND RETURN CHINA MAINLAND AFTER THE TRIP ?
No, because Tibet is a part of China, If enter Tibet from other cities in China mainland and after the trip in Tibet, get back to China mainland again . only single entry visa is required.

06. WITH TIBET TRAVEL PERMIT< WHERE CAN I GO IN TIBET ?
Tibet Travel Permit only endorsees you to enter Tibe.

07. WHAT SORT OF CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES IS SUGGESTED FOR THE TRIP ?
As the Tibet is at high altitude the climate is cold so it is recommended that you have warm clothes with you, thermo coat, monkey cap, comfort shoes, masks, walking sticks, sunscreen lotions, sun glasses are also  recommended accessories for the trip.

08. IS IT OK FOR ME TO BATHE EVERY DAY ?
It is not a good idea to bathe immediately you arrive in TIbet in case you catch cold or loss or loss Of energy. You Can bath 1 or 2 days later when your body have acclimatized to the conditions. In fact it very gry and cold at night, so travelers  usually choose not to bath.

09. ARE CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED IN TIBET ?
Credit cards are not recommended as a way of payment in Tibet because they are only accepted by the bank of China, Up-market hotels and large shopping department Lhasa and some other Cities.

10. WHAT ARE THE HOTELS LIKE IN TIBET ?
In Tibet hotel facilities and service stander may not be as you would expect from a hotel iN other parts of world. Staff will probably not speak much English. Hotel In small cities and Everest Base Camp area or such areas are basic. The will usually have sharing bathroom.

11. IS THERE INTERNET FACILITIES IN HOTEL ?
Some Hotels rooms, not all, in Lhasa have internet facilities. So you should Inquiry your travel advisor before making decision.

12. IS THERE 24 HRS HOT WATER RUNNING ?
Due to basic condition in Tibet, sometimes with the poor pressure, the water flow may small and water sometime is not hot but just warm. In remote area, the condition can be even worse.

13. WHAT CAN I EAT IN TIBET ?
In Lhasa you Can Choose Chinese food, western food, Nepali food, Tibetan food as well as Nepalese fod and Indian food. But in remote area, Choice is limited.

14. WHAT VEHICLE DO YOU USE IN TIBET ?
If The tour is mainly around Lhasa, You are suggested to use minivan as the condition of road also minivan cost less as well. If the tour is covering some places with bad road condition, or Long distance we are offering 4WD off road vehicles.

15. WHAT DO YOU PROVIDE US THE TOUR ?

16. CAN WE USE INDIAN OR OTHER CURRENCY IN TIBET SIDE ?
No, the currency that is used in Tibet side is Chinese Yuan. For exchange of Chinese Yuan You can contact us on arrival on Kathmandu.
