Hotel Pick up and drive to Pokhara Airport.
Early morning, our private vehicle will come to pick you up at your hotel. As it will be an early flight, please be prepared till 6.15 am. Our vehicle will arrive at 6.30 am. It will take around 15 minutes to reach Pokhara airport.
Airport Check-in and formalities.
Reaching Pokhara airport, you will check-in and proceed for the airport formalities where the officer will check your documents and tickets for confirmation.
Fly Pokhara to Annapurna Base Camp (ABC).
After the confirmation, you will head toward your chopper for the amazing Annapurna helicopter tour. Firstly, the pilot will brief you about the do’s and don’t during the tour. After that, you will start the flight from Pokhara. Flying over Pokhara, you will admire the aerial view of the valley with its amazing lake and human settlements. After that, you will witness some change in geography and fly over the green lush forest of pines and rhododendrons. Admiring various terrace farming and terrains, you will fly over the rugged and rough landscape of the highlands. After amazing flight of around 30 minutes, you will reach ABC.

VISA INFORMATION: Entry Visa fees- at present US$ 30 for 15 days, US$ 40 for 30 days and US$ 100 for three month visa on entry to Nepal. You can take visa after landing Nepal in Tribhuwan International Airport.
Because of its elevation, Nepal can divided into three zones-the high mountains, the mid-hills and the flat plains called the Terai. The Everest, Langtang and Annapurna Trekking destinations in the mountains are cool throughout the year. The mid-hills, including Kathmandu & Pokhara, are cool except in the summer months from May to July. Temperatures in these cities during the summer remain much cooler that in many cities of the region. Lumbini, Chitwan and Janakpur in the Terai plains are hot in summer ( March-July) but cold in winter( December- February).
Any month of the year would be good to visit Nepal around the mid-hills & flat plains and September to May is good time for trekking and expedition.

Yes, at first, our staff will receive you at the airport and transfer to the Hotel and our tour leader will brief regarding about the trip. The briefing will cover the itinerary and introduced your trek leader.
While briefing, please bring passport, 3 copies of passport size photos, travel insurance, writing pen and notepad.
After the trip confirmation you will send around 25% advance deposited by wire transfer to GHA Bank Account and remaining you can pay after your arrival by Cash or Credit Card but to pay by credit card there will be extra 4% bank service charge. Now Traveler Cheque is not acceptable as per the rule & regulation of Nepal Rastra Bank. We accept visa card, master card & National Card.
There are all kind of Hotel simple to 5* hotel in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwon, Lumbini and others places. It’s depends on your demand but normally in our tour package we use standard rooms from 3* or 4* on BB Basis.
It is called Namaste or Namaskar. You can say the greeting in words as well as do it using a gesture. Nepalese currency is spelled as Nepalese Rupees or Rupee ( Rs) or Nepali Rupee, and in short it is NRS or Rs. 100 Paisa equals 1 Rs. Currently Notes of the following denominations are used 1000, 500, 100, 50, 25, 20, 10, 5, 2 and 1 Rupees. Coin has not been popular in Nepal hence is almost always ignored in business.
It is illegal to exchange foreign currency with persons and organizations other than those authorized such as Travel Company, Banks, Hotels and Licensed money changers.
