Everest view trek is a short & beautiful Everest trekking for superb view of Everest and a close look at Sherpa culture. This short trek offers the amazing panoramic view of the famous world’s highest mountains Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Makalu and other. In this trek trekkers can enjoy the combination of cultural,spritual and natural beauty of the Everest region of Nepal. The friendly Sherpa people, picturesque villages, great variety of cultures and traditions, colorful festivals and monasteries of this region provide the life time memory to the visitors. This trek can easily be completed with the moderate physical fitness as the highest altitude of this trekking trail is only 3870m in Tengboche monastery.
Everest view trekking begins with the flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. From Lukla we continue our hiking through the Sagarmatha National park which is forested by pine and Rhododendron flowers. In this park you abundance of wild animals and birds like red panda, snow leopard, wild boar, Danfe etc. The last point of this trekking is Tengobche which is home to the highest Buddhist monastery in the world (4100m). From Tengboche you can observe the overwhelming beauty of Mt. Everest (8848m ) and its neighboring peaks like Ama-Dablam, Lhotse, Nuptse etc. The Warm greeting and the friendly behaviour of the Sherpa people adds further pleasure to the visitors.
Flight Delay in Kathmandu and Lukla
For Everest region Trekking often twin Otter is the primary mode of transport form to Lukla. The flight is depend on the weather. Sometime flight (to and from Lukla ) may be canceled due to the bad weather condition of Mountain or technical problems. In such case Global Holidays Adventure will charter a helicopter to ensure your international flight.
The cost of helicopter charter is not included in your entire tour cost. So you can directly pay to our Kathmandu Office. We accept cash, traveler’s cheques, or credit card (Master Card, Visa Card, National Card only) . You will be given a receipt upon payment so That you may claim the insurance. The begins for US$ 600 to US$ 3500 depending on the number of group.
Helicopter Rescue
While traveling in the Himalaya you may suffer for the various health problems, injuries and even the altitude sickness. Hence you have to prepare before upcoming destination is this mountain land. Make that the policy of the insurance company provides should cover the process of giving you the service of Helicopter rescue from the mountains in case of Altitude Sickness or other accidents during your trip
Arrival day in Kathamndu Tribuwan Airport (1300 m).

Kathmandu valley sightseeing and trek preparation.
Today, After morning breakfast the day will start to our guided trip to cultural world heritage sites in Kathmadnu valley; the pilgrimage sites of Hindus temple Pashupatinath, the world biggest Boudhanath stupa and visit Swoyambhunath stupa also known as monkey temple. After exploring the surrounding areas visit historical kathmandu Durbar square with temple, unique architectures and Kumari (living Goddess). Evening pre-trip discussion and introduce with our fellow trekking staff for your adventure trip. Overnight at hotel with BB basis.
Fly to Lukla (2800 m) & trek to Phakding (2,652 m), 3-4 hrs.
Today, Early morning transfer to Kathamndu airport domestic terminal to catch flight to Lukla (2810 m). The flight duration is approximately 45 minutes. About One hour rest Lukla in Guesthouse. Then your trekking starts from Lukla. The trail contour through the Sherpa village and Yak pasture land. Have a lunch in Thado Koshi (2591 m) with stunning view of kum kangaru (6370 m). You will see the painted Mani wall in Ghat (chhuthawa) village. In the late afternoon you arrive to Phakding. Overnight at Guesthouse with BLD basis.
Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440 m), 5-6 hrs.
Your trekking starts after breakfast at mountain lodge. You cross long suspension bridge over the Dudh koshi river which is originated from Khumbu galcier. Today you will enter the sagarmatha National park in Monjo village. You have lunch in Jorsale (2740 m). The trail goes ahead along the Dudh koshi river. You cross another suspension bridge in Larja Dobhan (2830 m). From here the trail moves to steep staircase through pine forest. After half and hour steep walking you will see mt. Everest (8848 m). The trail ascends until Namche Bazaar through the alpine forest. You will be delightful to see Namche Bazaar. The Namche Bazaar is getway of the Everest base camp trekking. Acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar.
Today, Rest day in Namche Bazaar is especially for acclimatization with altitude. During this day we can walk around Namchee Bazaar. you can get many facilities in Namchee Bazaar such as bank, internet and many shops where you can buy things you need for trekking. After one and half hour steep walking to Syangboche (3880 m). From Syangboche you can see Mt. Everest (8848 m), Lhotse (8516 m), Ama Dablam (6814 m),, Thamserku (6618 m) and more mountains. After having tea and coffee the trail descends half and hour to the Khumjung village (3780 m), the village of sherpas, the worldly renowned climbers. In Khumjung village you can visit Khumjung hillary school and Khumjung Gompa. After lunch hike back to the Namche Bazaar. Overnight at Guesthouse with BLD basis.
Trek to Tyangboche Monastery (3,867 m), 5/6 hrs.
Today, we trek to an altitude of 3867 meters. we start out trek with pleasant walk through the forest with magnificent view of We can see great view of the mighty peaks of Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku and Kwangde peak with view of the eastern snow capped mountains. The trails leads up hill through the forested path and the hardly walk to get to Tyangboche. One of the most beautiful place in the Himalaya and the first thing that comes to your eye is the big Monastery, then the large field with campsites and teahouses, Guesthouse beneath the towering majestic beautiful peak Ama Dablam. Overnight at Guesthouse with BLD basis.
Trek to Khumjung (3750 m),4/5 hrs.
Today, In the morning at around 7 am, after a cup of tea or coffee, we start our ascend over a nearby hill to reach the beautiful Thame Monastery. This 17th century monastery has a wonderful collection of antique Thangkas (Buddhist holy paintings) hanging all over its walls and ceilings. On the way to the Monastery we see the Nangpa La pass, from where the Tibetans come in with their Yak Caravans. After exploring the monastery we return back to Thame for breakfast. After breakfast we start walk. After walking 4/5 hrs we reach the Syangboche village and another 20/30 minutes from here takes us to Khunde village (3840 m) and eventually to Khumjung (3780 m). We walk with the majestic view of Thamserku (6623 m), Ama-Dablam (6812 m) and Kusum Kangruru peaks. Overnight at Guesthouse with BLD basis.
Trek to Thame (3,800 m), 4/5 hrs.
Today, After breakfast, we head up to Khunde village where a place of famous climber and big hospital running by charity, after a great moments trek to Syangboche airstrip which is the world highest airstrip and with a scenic mountain view trek to the Thame village, which is a popular village for mountain scenery world famous sherpa climbers, monastery and many more with Himalayan wildlife. A superb view of mountain to the west part and afternoon visit Monastery and rest of the time spend chatting with local sherpa people, starting mountaineering profession as well as their lifestyle and rest and relax at the home famous climbers. Overnight at Guesthouse with BLD basis.
Trek to Monju (2680 m), 5/6 hrs.
Today we trek to the Namche passing through the Mende village and superb scenery of the beautiful mountains. We will have a lunch at Namche and we walk further down to Monju for overnight. Overnight at Guesthouse with BLD basis.
Trek to Lukla (2,800 m), 4/5 hrs.
After breakfast we trek back with enjoying the lush green scenery around and passing through the incredible mountain scenery and local sherpa village. Finally today the trail leads you back to Lukla. Aftern your arrival in Lukla you will have time to relax and celebrate the completion of your trek. Overnight at Guesthouse with BLD basis.
Fly back to Kathmandu.
After 45 minutes scenic flight you will reach Kathmadnu and transfer to hotel. You may have time to relax after your journey or you can do shopping and you can buy gift for your family,relatives and friends. Overnight at hotel with BLD basis.
Departure from Kathmandu.
Today, Our representative will transfer you to the Tribhuwan international Airport for your home country or for your onwards destination.

Tea House are local lodges where you get to eat and sleep during your trek. There are plenty of tea houses across all the trekking routes in Nepal. A tea house trek means that you get to stop and rest each day at a tea house during your trekking period. Unlike camping treks you don’t have to carry food, tents and other items during a tea house trek.
Camping trek: Camping treks require us to carry tents, Kitchen gear, food and other equipment. Unlike tea house treks camping treks are more adventures.
In Nepal, there are two seasons which are considered prime time for trekking. These times range from Feb-May and Sep-Nov. There are places to visit during Monsoon season ( June-August), such as Upper Mustang and Upper West part of the Annapurna Circuit, as these treks are in the “Rain Shadow” and virtually untouched by Nepal Monsoon. Nepal is an extremely diverse country for its size. The temperature can range from extremely hot ( 37-40C) in the lower Terai regions, to negative temperatures in the northern, mountainous regions. Feb-May and Sep-Nov are prime trekking times due to the lovely climate. There is ample sun in the day time and only slightly chilly at night. Monsoon ( June-Aug) can get very hot and humid-with showers usually in the early morning and late afternoon.
HA offers trekking opportunities for all every age and fitness level. Our treks are graded on difficulty level, 1 being the easiest and 5 being for advanced trekkers. The level of difficulty is based on the altitude and natural terrain of the trek. The difficulty levels for each trek can be found on each individual itinerary of both our website and brochures.

Our airport representative will come to the airport to pick up. We will be displaying a play card Global Holidays Adventure with your name on it. You need a visa to Nepal. You can easily get a visa upon your arrival in TIA airport, Kathmandu on paying US$. 40 for a month US$. 100 for three
months.
After the trip confirmation you will send around 25% advance deposited by wire transfer to GHA Bank Account and remaining you can pay after your arrival by Cash or Credit Card but to pay by credit card there will be extra 4% bank service charge. Now Traveler Cheque is not acceptable as per the rule & regulation of Nepal Rastra Bank. We accept visa card, master card & National Card.
In Kathmandu: Here are all kind of Hotel simple to 5* hotel. It’s depends on your demand but normally in our trekking package we use standard rooms from 3* or 4* on BB Basis.
During Trekking: You will have teahouse/lodges generally provide basic clean facilities with a mattress and a quit blanket. We can offer GHA sleeping baggage if needed but it’s good idea to bring your own always. We usually provide you single and double rooms as well as the occasional dormitory.
Toilet Facilities During Trekking: On, Trek common toilet facilities are available at tea house. Now some teahouse have attached bathroom.
Shower Facilities: You will have hot shower in all teahouse but some place there isn’t hot shower, we will provide you hot water in bucket for shower.
Most of guides speak fluently English and some speak well. Some of the support staff do speak little English and some do not speak.
Daily Routine starting from 7 am. Wake-up 7 am, start trek before 8 after breakfast, 11:30 am to 12:30 pm lunch and trek end 3:30 to 4 pm. Time to read or nap before dinner. After dinner there is time to play cards, reflect on all the wondrous moments of your day and talk about tomorrow plan.
Most of Teahouse cook a delicious range of mostly vegetarian fare Pasta, Tuna Bakes, Noodles, Potatos, Eggs, Dalbhat, Bread, Soups, Fresh Vegetable ( Variety depends on the season) and even some desserts like Apple Pies, Pancakes and some interesting attempts at custard. You will find a lot of garlic items on the menu, eat some every day because it assists with acclimatization. YOu can always get hot chocolate, tea, coffee, hot lemon as well as soft drinks. Each day dinner and breakfast are used to take in the same lodge you spend the night. Lunch will take on the way to destination.
Weather in the mountains is notoriously difficult to predict. At night it is generally cooler the days are generally warm. Winter ( January and February ) will be bit colder but the days can be quite beautiful and warm if the sun is out. There will be bit of snow during the month of January, February and December. It is also important to makes sure that you can stay warm and dry in just about any condition. Expert the unexpected! The temperature could be as high as 20 degree c to 15 degree c low during day time.
These facilities will be available in most of the places in your Hotel reception by playing some service. Remember to bring your adapters!!
This is difficult things to tell. It’s up to you from your heart by looking their work and support. Tipping is not required, but a small way to show your guides and local porters thanks for their help. The level of the tip should reflect the level of personal involvement with your guide.
