Annapurna Circuit trekking is a marvelous circular trek to Annapurna Massif crossing the Thorong La pass at 5416 meter- an amazingly beautiful landscape.
Annapurna Circuit trek takes one around to the Annapurna making way thought the beauty of two mighty rivers-- Marsyangdi in the east and the Kaligandaki in the west. Kaligandaki, the world's deepest George haunch by the giant Dhaulagiri and Annapurna Himalaya range. As we go further in the trek you will get opportunity to see the local cultures and the amazing geography.
Annapurna round trek will lead you to Thorong-la pass at 5416 meters and the 360 degree panoramic view from its top is breathtaking and will fill you with pride and confidence. Descending down during the trek, you will witness the views of Mustang - the landscape which is home to Tibetan influenced Buddhists.

For trekkers who are searching little more adventure in the Himalayas it fits the most. But it doesn't require you to be extremely fit and have history of trekking experiences. Flight Delay in Pokhara and Jomsom
For Annapurna Circuit Trekking often twin Otter is the primary mode of transport form Pokhara to Jomsom and Jomsom to Pokhara. The flight is depend on the weather. Sometime flight (to and from Jomsom ) may be canceled due to the bad weather condition of Mountain or technical problems. In such case Global Holidays Adventure organize alternative available road transportation to ensure your international flight.
The cost of rode transportation will manage from the cancellation of flight ticket. Please note that there will be no refund of the flight from Jomsom to Pokhara, if The alternative road transportation is used.
While traveling in the Himalaya you may suffer for the various health problems, injuries and even the altitude sickness. Hence you have to prepare before upcoming destination is this mountain land. Make sure the policy of the insurance company provides should cover the process of giving you the service of Helicopter rescue from the mountains in case of Altitude Sickness or other accidents during your trip.
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1300 meters).

Day 02: sightseeing around Kathmandu Valley.
You will meet your experience trekking guide, discuss the trekking program and coordinate any last-minute arrangements. After briefing with our professional tour guide you can visit Pashupatinath, Boudhanath Stupa and Swaymbhunath. Rest of the time you can use for travelling around Thamel and buying necessaries equipment. Overnight at hotel with BB Plan.
Day 03: Drive (5-6 hrs) Kathmandu to Beshi Shahar (823 m) 8 hrs walk.
Through this drive experience the stunning views of Trisuli rivers and green forest.
Day 04: Trek to Bahundanda, (1430 m), 7 hrs walk.
We will drive untill Bhulbhule after breakfast then the hiking trail will start from Bhulbhule. Then we keep on hiking onwards towards Bhulbhule Lampata (1135 m) and finally we reach Bahundada, the Brahmin village situated at a top of the hill. Overnight at Teahouse. First day of Annapurna circuit trek. Overnight at Guesthouse with BLD plan.
Day 05: Trek to Chamje, (1560 m) 6 hrs walk.
From Bahundanda trail descend steeply to syange at the elevation of 1070 m passing the suspension bridge on Marshyangi river entering the Nyingma. Nyingma is one of the Buddhist influenced are in northern part of Nepal. Following through river to stone village of Jagat and hiking through the forest we reach Chamje at the height of 1560 meters. Day 06: Trek to Dharapani (1881 m), 6 hrs walk.
The day begin with the rocky trail following the Marsyandi Rivers gradually uphill to reach Tal at 1675 m. This is our first day in Manang district. Crossing a wide, flat valley, climbing a stone stairways you taste of exciting adventure of Annapurna circuit trek. Journey goes up and down until we reach Dharapani at 1890 meters. Overnight at Guesthouse with BLD Plan.
Day 07: Trek to Chame (2725 m), 6 hrs walk.
Trail continues with often jagged and rocky, climbs to Tyanja at 2360 m and then through the forest near the bank of river we reach Kopar at 2590 m. Annapurana circuit trek now enters into confier woodland and reaches Chame, we are rewarded by the fine views of Annapurna II and two small hot springs by the town. Overnight at Guesthouse with BLD Plan.
Day 08: Trek to Pisang (3300 m), 5 hrs walk.
Hiking through the deep forest and narrow valley at the bank of Marshyangdi river, we will see a long suspension bridges at 2910 meters and another at 3040 meter. Paungda Danda rock emerges from the secind suspension bridge and the trail joins to climb Pisang. Passing the Oble Dome rock wall the trail of Annapurana Circuit trek continued to upper Pisang, the place famous for architecturally magnificent village at 3100 meters. Overnight at Guesthouse with BLD Plan.
Day 09: Trek to Manang (3540 m), 5 hrs walk.
After the Pisang, we have alternate paths at north and south of the Marsyangdi River that meets up again at Mungji. The Southern route by Hongde, with its airstrip at 3325 meters involves less climbing than the nothern route via Ghyaru, despite the fact that there are better views ont the trail that follows the nothern bank of the river. From Mungji, the trail continues past the quaint but partially hidden village of Bryanga at 3475 m to nearby Manang at 3500 m. Walking along the valley through the drier upper part of Manang (the unofficial trekking capital of the Annapurna circuit) we can view Annapurna range. People of this area herd yaks and raise crops for leaving, beside this during winter they move to other places for traders. Overnigth at Guesthouse with BLD Plan.
Day 10: Acclimatization day at Manang, (3540 m).
Today we explore Manang valley to take some rest and acclimatization for next days. we spend our day walking and sightseeing around Manang village, learn some Manang culture and the daytime is best to gain altitude. Overnight at guesthouse with BLD Plan.
Day 11: Trek to Yak Kharka (4090 m), 4 hrs walk.
After leaving Manang the trail ascent stedily along the Jarsang Khola valley and reached leader at 4250 meter. Walking and glancing over the steadily sparse vegetations, we reach Yak Kharka at 4090 meter. Overnight at guesthouse with BLD Plan.
Day 12: Trek to Throung Phedi (4420 m), 4 hrs walk.
Descending the trail, crossing through the river at 4310 meters and again climbing through the trail takes you to Thorong Phedi at 4420 meters. At the foot of Throung La Pass, this place gives your pleasant view of massive Annapurna region. Overnight at Guesthouse with BLD Plan.
Day 13: Trek to Throungla-la (cross over 5416 m), then trek down to Muktinath 3802 m), 8-9 hrs walk.
The journey starts from the foot of the hill to the Throung La Pass, highest place of our twenty days Annapurna circuit Trek. Crossing the steeply made pass, covered with stone, we hike gradually looking at magnificent views. Pass marked by Chortens and prayers flags looks nice and magnificent views imprinted in your memory. Passing Throung we reach the sacred site of Muktinath at the elevation of 3800 meters. Hindus and Buddhists alike visit Muktinath. The temple is built in the Pagoda style dedicated to Lord Vishnu.
Day 14: Trek to Kagbeni to Jomsom (2713 m), 5 hrs walk.
Finally, the Annapurna Circuit trek heads downhill, through the arid landscape to the ancient town of Kagbeni on the Kali Gandaki river. A maximum of three hours trek from Muktinath to Kagbeni, where you can visit some two thousand five hundred years old monasteries and get to know some Himalayan culture. Walk further to Jomsom and spend overnight there to catch fight back to Pokhara. Overnight at teahouse. Last day of the trekking portion of Annapurna trek. Overnight at Guesthouse with BLD Plan.
Day 15: Fly to Pokhara.
Fly to Pokhara from Jomsom(30-35 minutes). For free time boating at Phewa Lake and relax. Overnight at Hotel with BB Plan.
Day 16: Pokhara to Kathmandu. 5-6 hrs driving.
About 6 hours scenic drive from Pohara to Kathmandu. You can spend you rest of the time for personal shopping or individual sightseeing. Overnight at hotel with BLD Plan.
Day 17: Rest day for shopping/Lesiure.
For extra days in Kathmandu for relaxing and some shopping, if you are interested in continuing at Chitwan jungle safari, river rafting adventure, kathmandu shopping tour or scenic mountian flight. Overnight at hotel with BLD Plan.
Day 18: Departure to destination country.
Today is final departure so in free last minute you can buy gift to your family, friends or relatives for you untill you transfered to the International Airport for your departure flight to your onwards destination.

WHAT IS A TEA HOUSE TREK ?
Tea House are local lodges where you get to eat and sleep during your trek. There are plenty of tea houses across all the trekking routes in Nepal. A tea house trek means that you get to stop and rest each day at a tea house during your trekking period. Unlike camping treks you don't have to carry food, tents and other items during a tea house trek.
Camping trek: Camping treks require us to carry tents, Kitchen gear, food and other equipments. Unlike tea house treks camping treks are more adventures.
WHAT IS THE BEST TIME OF THE YEAR FOR TREKKING ?
In Nepal, there are two seasons which are considered prime time for trekking. These times range from Feb-May and Sep-Nov. There are places to visit during Monsoon season ( June-August), such as Mustang and Upper West part of the Annapurna Circuit, as these treks are in the "Rain Shadow" and virtually untouched by Nepal Monsoon. WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE IN NEPAL ?
Nepal is an extremely diverse country for its size. The temperature can range from extremely hot ( 37-40C) in the lower Terai regions, to negative temperatures in the northern, mountainous regions. Feb-May and Sep-Nov are prime trekking times due to the lovely climate. There is ample sun in the day time and only slightly chilly at night. Monsoon ( June-Aug) can get very hot and humid-with showers usually in the early morning and late afternoon.
WHAT TYPE OF SHAPE DO I NEED FOR THIS TRIP ?
GHA offers trekking opportunities for all every age and fitness level. Our treks are graded on difficulty level, 1 being the easiest and 5 being for advanced trekkers. IS SOMEONE GOING TO METT ME AT THE AIRPORT ?
Our airport representative will come to the airport to pick up. We will be displaying a play card Global Holidays Adventure with your name on it. You need a visa to Nepal. You can easily get a visa upon your arrival in TIA airport, Kathmandu on paying US$. 40 for a month US$. 100 for three
DO I HAVE PRE_DEPARTURE MEETING ?
Yes, at first, our staff will receive you at the airport and transfer to the Hotel and our tour leader will brief regarding about the trip. The briefing will cover the itinerary and introduced your trek leader.
While briefing, please bring passport, 3 copies of passport size photos, travel insurance, writing pen and notepad.
HOW DO I PAY TO GLOBAL HOLIDAYS ADVENTURE ?
After the trip confirmation you will send around 25% advance deposited by wire transfer to GHA Bank Account and remaining you can pay after your arrival by Cash or Credit Card but to pay by credit card there will be extra 4% bank service charge. Now Traveller Cheque is not acceptable as per the rule & regulation of Nepal Rastra Bank. We accept visa card, master card & National Card. Ã‚Â
WHAT SORT OF ACCOMMODATION CAN EXPECT IN KATHMANDU AND IN TREKKING ?
In Kathmandu: Here are all kind of Hotel simple to 5* hotel. It's depends on your demand but normally in our trekking package we use standard rooms from 3* or 4* on BB Basis.
During Trekking:Ã‚Â You will have teahouse/lodges generally provide basic clean facilities with a mattress and a quit blanket. We can offer GHA sleeping baggage if needed but it's good idea to bring your own always. We usually provide you single and double rooms as well as the occasional dormitory. And you will have twin sharing tent with matteress in camping trek.
Toilet Facilities During Trekking: On, Trek commmon toilet facilities are available at tea house. Now some teahouse have attached bathroom.
Shower Facilities: You will have hot shower in all teahouse but some place there isnot hot shower, we will provide you hot water in bucket for shower.
WHAT IS THE GROUP SIZE FOR TREK ?
There are no restrictions on the size of a group. We organize trekking to an individual as well as a group and services will be same.
IS IT POSSIBLE TOORGANIZE MY OWN PERSONAL GROUP ?
It is possible to organize your own trekking group. Simply book with us online or in one of our trekking offices in Bhagawan Baha, Thamel, Kathmandu and we will get your next Himalayan adventure sorted. You may choose to have a private group, or keep it open, in which case other travellers can join your group. We allow up to 8 people to join a group.
DO THE GUIDE AND SUPPORT STAFF SPEAK ENGLISH ?
Most of guides speak fluently English and some speak well. Some of the support staff do speak little English and some do not speak.
DO SOMEBODY CARRY OUR BACKPACK ?
Yes, Our Porters/sherpas will carry you heavy backpack and you will carry only the baypack.
WHAT IS OUR DAILY ROUTINE WHILE IN TREKKING ?
Daily Routine starting from 7 am. Wake-up 7 am, start trek before 8 after breakfast, 11:30 am to 12:30 pm lunch and trek end 3:30 to 4 pm. Time to read or nap before dinner. After dinner there is time to play cards, reflect on all the wondrous moments of your day and talk about tomorrow plan.
WHAT KIND OF FOOD CAN I EXPECT IN TREKKING ?
Most of Teahouse cook a delicious range of mostly vegerarian fare Pasta, Tuna Bakes, Noodles, Potatos, Eggs, Dalbhat, Bread, Soups, Fresh Vegetable ( Variety depends on the season) and even some desserts like Apple Pies, Pancakes and some interesting attempts at custard. You will find a lot of garlic items on the menu, eat some every day because it assists with acclimatization. YOu can always get hot chocolate, tea, coffee, hot lemon as well as soft drinks. Each day dinner and breakfast are used to take in the same lodge you spend the night. Lunch will take on the way to distination.
WHAT IS THE WEATHER AND TEMPERATURE LIKE IN TREKKING ?
Weather in the mountains is notoriously difficult to predict. At night it is generally cooler the days are generally warm. Winter ( January and February ) will be bit colder but the days can be quite beautiful and warm if the sun is out. There will be bit of snow during the month of January, February and December. It is also important to makes sure that you can stay warm and dry in just about any condition. Expert the unexpected! The temperature could be as high as 20 degree c to 15 degree c low during day time.
CAN I CHARGE MY CAMERA BATTERIES ON MY TRIP ?
These facilities will be available in most of the places in your Hotel reception by playing some service. Remember to bring your adapters!!

HOW MUCH ADDITIONAL MONEY DO I NEED PER DAY ?
In Kathmandu, you can allocate $ 15-20 for lunch, dinner and drinks. It's all depends on your spending habits. US$ 15-20 a day will be enough to buy bottles of water, chocolate and few drinks in Trekking.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS AN EMERGENCY ?
All of our guides are trained in basic first aid and can deal with the basic ailments that may occur on trek. In the event of an emergency Global Holidays Adventure will cover initial expenses of any rescue operation. It is a condition of booking that you are adequately insured for such an events as these expenses will need to be recovered from your insurance company. In the most frequented regions there are health posts, which have been established by foreign doctors and many are staffed by overseas personnel.

Yes, GHA insures all our trekking staff including guide, cook, sherpa and porters.
IS THERE ANY COMMUNICATION WHILE WE ARE ON TREKKING ?
It is called Namaste or Namaskar. You can say the greeting in words as well as do it using a gesture. Join your palms together and bring them close to your chest and about 5to 7 inches below your chin. The word Namaste has many meanings such as Hello, How are you?, I am glad to see you, nice to meet you, good morning, etc.

WHAT IMMUNIZATIONS WILL I NEED ?
No vaccinations are compulsory in Himalaya but we do recommend you are covers for Diphtheria & TB, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Malaria, Typhoid, Polio and tetanus. We are recommend.
The Personal Equipment and items are individual interest & choice. The most important fact that one should keep on mind is that one should have enough clothes to tackle the cold weather in the Himalayas. The following gives you a general idea of the personal items that you can bring for the trek.
In a supported trek, heavy items are carried by porters or yaks and personal belongings that you many need for the day like money, water bottle, rain gear, Camera, sun cream & toilet paper etc. Should be carried by yourself so you are briefed to pack items in two different bags.
Global Holidays Adventure will provide complimentary water and wind proof duffel bag which you can use on the trek and is carried by porters. The duffel bag is yours to keep after the trek. you can leave your bag with your non-trek items at the hotel in Kathmandu and collect them after the trek.
