Muktinath Helicopter Tour is for people who find it hard to make it to the holy Muktinath temple by roadways and trekking. Also for people who are eager to visit Holy Muktinath Temple and does not have the time to trek for weeks in our hills and mountains nor had opportunity to sightseeing around Himalayas of Nepal.
Muktinath is situated on the upper part of the river Kali of Buri Gandaki on the north side of the main Himalayan range and south of Lo-Manthang or Mustang. Its precise location is 29 (degree) 11' N. latitude and 83 (degree) 53E. longitude, at an elevation of 3,8000m (or approximately 12,500 ft) on the western slopes of the Damodar Himal, northern extension of the Annapurna Himalayan massif.
Muktinath is the holy Hindu and Buddhist temple. Every year Hindus form all over world come to pay tribut to Lord Bishnu. The area is regarded as the sacred place Mukti Kshetra, which literally means the "place of Salvation". The temple is considered to be the 105th among the available 108 Divya Desam. Myths are that the region has scared steps directly to heaven.
Muktinath Heli tour will start form Kathmandu and the helicopter will take you directly to near Muktinath temple from where you have to hike for around 30 minutes. This muktinath pilgrimage tour will take you through the alpine region of Annapurna via valley of Jomsom & Kagbeni to the famous temple situated at Muktinath. This is yet another great opportunity to explore beauty of Himalayas and stock your time in the holy region.
Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu and Transfer to hotel, with BB basis.
Day 02: Kathmandu sightseeing tour, Evening Aarati at Pashupathinath temple. O/N at hotel with BB basis.
Day 03: Early morning fly to Muktinath from Kathmandu airport and back to Kathmandu.O/N at hotel with BB basis.

Day 01: Kathmandu Arrival (1300 m).
After arrival at Kathmandu airport Our company representative's will welcome you and then transfer to hotel. After time to get refreshed, evening we'll meet and transfer for welcome dinner in one of the typical Nepalese restaurant in the heart of Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel with BB basis.
Day 02: Kathmandu valley sightseeing (1300 m).
Today, After morning breakfast you will visit different historical and cultural sites of the Kathmandu valley with our professional guide. You will go for the pilgrimage sites of Hindus temple Pashupatinath, the world biggest Boudhanath stupa and visit Swoyambhunath stupa also known as monkey temple. After exploring the surrounding areas visit hitorical Kathmandu Durbar square with temple, unique architectures and kumari (living goddess). Overnight at hotel with BB basis.
Day 03: Fly to Muktinath and back to Kathmandu, O/N at hotel with BB basis.
Today, After morning breakfast, You will transfer to domestic airport and after legal documentation you will fly by Helicopter from Kathmandu to Muktinath.You will visit over there around 30-45 minutes for Pujaa and fly back to Kathmandu.Overnight at hotel with BB basis.
Day 04: Transfer to Airport for final departure.
Today, our company representative will drop you to the Kathmandu airport for your final departure for your home country or onward destination.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO TRAVEL IN NEPAL :
Because of its elevation, Nepal can divided into three zones-the high mountains, the mid-hills and the flat plains called the Terai. The Everest, Langtang and Annapuran Trekking destinations in the mountains are cool throughout the year. The mid-hills, including Kathmandu & Pokhara, are cool except in the summer months from May to July. Temperatures in these cities during the summer remain much cooler that in many cities of the region. Lumbini, Chitwan and Janakpur in the Terai plains are hot in summer ( March-July) but cold in winter( December- February).
Any month of the year would be good to visit Nepal around the mid-hills & flat plains and September to May is good time for trekking and expedition.

After the trip confirmation you will send around 25% advance deposited by wire transfer to GHA Bank Account and remaining you can pay after your arrival by Cash or Credit Card but to pay by credit card there will be extra 4% bank service charge. Now Traveller Cheque is not acceptable as per the rule & regulation of Nepal Rastra Bank. We accept visa card, master card & National Card.
WHAT SORT OF ACCOMMODATION CAN EXPECT IN KATHMANDU AND DURING THE TOUR ?
There are all kind of Hotel simple to 5* hotel in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwon, Lumbini and others places. It's depends on your demand but normally in our tour package we use standard rooms from 3* or 4* on BB Basis.
WHAT'S THE COMMON FROM OF GREETING IN NEPAL ?
It is called Namaste or Namaskar. You can say the greeting in words as well as do it using a gesture. Join your palms together and bring them close to your chest and about 5to 7 inches below your chin. The word Namaste has many meanings such as Hello, How are you?, I am glad to see you, nice to meet you, good morning, etc.

Currently Notes of the following denominations are used 1000, 500, 100, 50, 25, 20, 10, 5, 2 and 1 Rupees. Coin has not been popular in Nepal hence is almost always ignored in business.
