Surya Bd. Thapa is the founder and managing director of Global Holidays Adventure Pvt. Ltd. Having worked as a trekking guide for four years, and completing his graduation in Tourism Economics, he found a partner Mr. Shamsher with similar vision, aspiration and enthusiasm in the field of Tourism Industry, which resulted in the formation of Global Holidays Adventure. Due to his professionalism and integrity in Nepalese tourism industry,  for years they both has been successfully leading Global Holidays Adventure Pvt. Ltd. He has combined his management skills with client focused vision and comes up with a creative solution to the sticky problems. The factors of his success are impeccable planning, management and decision making. Beside these he is disciplined, a good communicator and can handle the extreme situations very well. He has actively led the group of trekkers to Annapurna, Everest, Langtang, Mustang and other various trekking destinations in the Himalayas, along with the tours to various cities in Nepal.
