Chitwan National Park has long one of the country’s treasures of natural wonders. The park is situated in south central Nepal, covering 932 sq. km. In the subtropical lowlands of the inner Terai. The area was gazette as the country’s first national park in 1973. The park is home to more than 50 mammal species, over 525 birds, and 55 amphibians and reptiles. The endangered fauna found in the park are: one-horned Rhinoceros, Gaur, Royal Bengal tiger, Wild elephant, four horned antelope, Pangolin, Gangetic dolphin, Gharial crocodile, Golden monitor lizard, Python etc. Among birds one can see Bengal Florican, lesser florican, Giant hornbill, Black stork, white stork etc.

Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Gautam Buddha, is the pilgrimage destination of the worlds millions of Buddhists. The main attraction at Lumbini remains the sacred garden spread over 8 sq. kms and possessing all the treasures of this historical area. The Mayadevi temple (under reconstruction) is th main attraction for pilgrims and archaeologists alike. This site, identified by the Indian Emperor Ashokas commemorative pillar is listed as a world heritage site by UNESCO.

Day 01

Arrival at Kathmandu ( Tribhuwan International Airport ) airport and Transfer to Hotel.
Our airport representative will welcome you at airport and transfer to your hotel by private tourist vehicle. After rest at hotel our guide will meet you and brief about the tour.

Day 02

Kathmandu sightseeing Tour by privare tourist Vehicle and professional Tour Guide.
Today, after breakfast you will visit main attraction of Kathmandu valley which are listed in world Heritage site such as Swyambhunth (The Monkey Temple), Pashupathinath (Holy God Shiva's Temple or Hindu's temple), Bouddhanath Stupa (World biggest Buddhist Stupa), Kathmandu Durbar Square (Ancient palaces of Malla kings old Kathmandu). Finally you will transfer to Hotel.

Day 03

Drive to Pokhara by Private tourist vehicle / by Flight.
Transfer from Kathmandu to Pokhara 200 km / 6-7 hrs driving. Upon arrival you will Transfer to hotel. Pokhara also called nicknamed as the Lake City, is not only Nepal but the most beautiful place of the earth. From the town you can Observe the magnificent views Of Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhare, five peaks of Annapurna and others. Pokhara is also the getaway for Annapurna, Mustang and Dhaulagiri Trekking.

Day 04

Full day Pokhara sightseeing with Nagerkot sunrise by tourist vehicle.
Today you will spend your full day to explore Pokhara City. Early morning you will drive to Sarangkot for sunrise. From there you will closely view the different mountaiN vies such as Annapurna range, Dhaulagir, Fish Tail, and others peaks. After enjoying the beautiful mountain views you will back Pokhara and start sightseeing. Rest of the day sightseeing tour include.

Davis Fall
Known as Patale Chhango where the stream flowing from Fewa Lake collapses and surges down the rock into a deep gorge. This is hugely popular with tourist and locals alike.

Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave
Gupteshwor Cave is right across from Davis fall and the cave is 3 Km long and huge stalagmite formed Shiva lingam inside a holy cave. From the temple you can pass through a tunnel to reach a limestone cavern, which emerges just below the thundering water from the Davi's Fall. Sparkling Limestone fermentation glitter around the cave forming magical structures, which seems somebody sculpture on wall.

Bindhabasini Temple
Lies at the center old bazzer of the Pokhara. It is delicate to Goddess Bhagwati, Yet another manifestation of Shakti. The Park grounded offer picnic relaxing area. Phewa Lake and Barahi Templ. Phewa lake is the second largest lake of the kingdom. WIth Barahi island Temple in the middle Of the lake it Is the Most important religious moment in pokhara. The reflection of the Machhpuchhare and annapurna can be seen in this serene water.

Seti River
Carved by Seti river is One of the natural wonders of Pokhara. Where you will see the perfect view of the river's dreadful rush and deep gorge made By turbulent flow of white water.

Day 05

Drive to Chitwan national park.
Today you will drive to Chitwan from Pokhara 150km / 5-6 hrs. All the road is along the Trishuli River. After checking at the Hotel and getting refreshed you will briefed about full nature program by our local guide. And head on for activities. You will walked bank of the Rapti river and observe near village and viewing sunset. In the evening dinner with the local ethnic tribal people with their stick dance and tribal drums.

Day 06

Full day jungle safari in Chitwan National Park.
Chitwan National Park has been declared by the UNESCO as a world Heritage Site. Today you visit the natural beaury and wild animal of the National Park. This is the home to one horm rhinoceros, trigers, Leopard, besrs, wild bison, dolphine, 500 species of birds, butterflies, Gharials crocodiles and other various animals. These activities are not enough for chitwan there are numbers of activities such as Elephant safari, Elephant bath, Jungle walk, bird watching, jungle drive etc.

Day 07

Drive to Lumbini by private tourist vehicle.
After breakfast at Hotel you will drive to Lumbini 4/5 hrs. After check iN hotel you wil have ralax and visit around.

HOW CAN I ENTER NEPAL ?

Nepal is a popular tourist destination in south Asia. Several airlines have direct and non-stop flights from Middle East and Asia to Kathmandu, Capital of Nepal. There are direct flights from London, Paris, Frankfurt, Doha, Osaka, Shanghi, Mascow, Bangkok, Singapore, Hongkong, Karachi, Bombay, Delhi, Culcutta, Paro, Dhaka, Lhasa & Varanasi.

All visitors can enter by Land through any of these entry points on the India-Nepal Boarder.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO TRAVEL IN NEPAL ?

Because of its elevation, Nepal can divided into three zones-the high mountains, the mid-hills and the flat plains called the Terai. The Everest, Langtang and Annapurna Trekking destinations in the mountains are cool throughout the year. The mid-hills, including Kathmandu & Pokhara, are cool except in the summer months from May to July. Temperatures in these cities during the summer remain much cooler that in many cities of the region. Lumbini, Chitwan and Janakpur in the Terai plains are hot in summer ( March-July) but cold in winter( December- February).

Any month of the year would be good to visit Nepal around the mid-hills & flat plains and September to May is good time for trekking and expedition.

DO I HAVE PRE-DEPARTURE MEETING ?

Yes, at first, our staff will receive you at the airport and transfer to the Hotel and our tour leader will brief regarding about the trip. The briefing will cover the itinerary and introduced your trek leader.

While briefing, please bring passport, 3 copies of passport size photos, travel insurance, writing pen and notepad.

HOW DO I PAY TO GLOBAL HOLIDAYS ADVENTURE ?

After the trip confirmation you will send around 25% advance deposited by wire transfer to GHA Bank Account and remaining you can pay after your arrival by Cash or Credit Card but to pay by credit card there will be extra 4% bank service charge. Now Traveler Cheque is not acceptable as per the rule & regulation of Nepal Rastra Bank. We accept visa card, master card & National Card.

WHAT SORT OF ACCOMMODATION CAN EXPECT IN KATHMANDU AND DURING THE TOUR ?

There are all kind of Hotel simple to 5* hotel in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwon, Lumbini and others places. It’s depends on your demand but normally in our tour package we use standard rooms from 3* or 4* on BB Basis.

WHAT'S THE COMMON FROM OF GREETING IN NEPAL ?

It is called Namaste or Namaskar. You can say the greeting in words as well as do it using a gesture. Join your palms together and bring them close to your chest and about 5to 7 inches below your chin. The word Namaste has many meanings such as Hello, How are you?, I am glad to see you, nice to meet you, good morning, etc.

WHAT ARE THE BASIC NEPALI CUSTOMS THAT I NEED TO KNOW ?

  • When visiting a temple, always circumambulate it is a clockwise direction.
  • Take off your shoes before entering a temple or a Nepalese home.
  • Entrance to some temples is forbidden, so look out for such notices.
  • Seek permission to take photographs inside temples or of religious ceremonies.
  • You can accept a handshake offered by either a male or a female but never offer your hand first.
  • Show decency in dress and avoid any show of public affection.

WHAT IS THE CURRENCY OF NEPAL ?

Nepalese currency is spelled as Nepalese Rupees or Rupee ( Rs) or Nepali Rupee, and in short it is NRS or Rs. 100 Paisa equals 1 Rs. Currently Notes of the following denominations are used 1000, 500, 100, 50, 25, 20, 10, 5, 2 and 1 Rupees. Coin has not been popular in Nepal hence is almost always ignored in business.

It is illegal to exchange foreign currency with persons and organizations other than those authorized such as Travel Company, Banks, Hotels and Licensed money changers.

DO I NEED TO TIP MY GUIDE AND DRIVER ? HOW MUCH WOULD THAT BEST ?

This is difficult things to tell. It’s up to you from your heart by looking their work and support. Tipping is not required, but a small way to show your guides and drivers thanks for their help. The level of the tip should reflect the level of personal involvement with your guide.
